Production & Processing
- Production and processing begin after the 48-hour confirmation period.
- Once processing or production has started, changes or cancellations may be limited.
Cancellation Terms After Change of Mind
Cancellation After 48 Hours
- If a customer requests cancellation after 48 hours from order placement, a 35% production and processing fee will apply.
- The 35% fee will be deducted from the total order value.
Fee Explanation
- This fee covers production preparation, processing costs, and operational handling already incurred.
Refund After Cancellation
- Orders that are already in processing or production are not eligible for a full refund.
- Any remaining eligible balance, after deducting the 35% fee, will be refunded to the original payment method.
Dispatch Restriction
- No cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted once the order has been dispatched.
